See-Think-Do

See, Think, Do - or See Think Create. Three words that can help when you are unsure of direction or purpose in life. So how do these three words work?

SEE: First, take a look around you, - and look for something that you feel or see, would benefit from change. So for example, you might be walking down the street and see homelessness, or people who are depressed, alone, stray animals, rubbish, - and these are all very general examples. What you want really is to see something that you connect with, that you feel this tug or pull to be assistance to.

THINK: Second, think about what you could do to help to initiate change - and this is the important bit, - what you could do, with the skills and resources you have now. You can think big... but start small. Always start within the means you have right now. So for example, maybe you focus on people who look depressed, or alone. You have pen and paper free, - so you could draw a picture, write kind words and be that 'guardian angel' that leaves those messages for them to find. Another idea might be find an open space and start practising qi gong, tai chi, dance or some such that people if they want can stand behind and practice with you or to entertain and give someone a small change of focus for a moment or so. Start small, start with that you have and the rest of what you need will start to appear.

DO/CREATE: Third, its great to have ideas, but scary as to actually start them and do it, even more so to do it regularly. The thing is, its usualy fun to do, - it should be fun and enjoyable to do - but as humans we like routine, and change is scary. So just start. Pretend you are someone else if that helps, but just start.
