Ingredients
2 TBSP of fine grain rice flour
1TBSP Corn flour
1TBSP Tapioca Flour
1/4 TSP Baking Powder
2 TBSP Caster sugar
1/2 TSP Golden syrup
3 TBSP Soy Milk
2 TBSP Nuttalex dairy free butter
Pinch of salt
1/2 TSP of golden syrup or a drop of pure vanilla essence for flavour
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in to cup, add milk bit by bit to remove lumps, add butter.
Microwave on high for 70-90 seconds
