About the Recipe
An easy to make milk for those starting out who are still unsure of what products they can tolerate. We use long grain white rice as it has nominal salicylates compared to Basmati, Jasmine, wild, black, rice berry.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Hot Cooked White Rice or Oats
2 Cups of Boiling water
1 TBSP of Caster sugar
Optional
1 TBSP of oil
Calcium and Vit D powder supplement
Preparation
Add all ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain mix (cheese cloth or fine sieve can work for this)
Pour liquid in to container and refrigerate.
